REFUND POLICY

Thank you for considering  software from GoE Stratagem.

Because GoE Stratagem products are digital software products delivered electronically, all sales are generally final once access has been granted, a license key has been issued, a download has been made available, or onboarding access has been provided.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided for:

Change of mind;
Failure to understand the product before purchase;
Incompatibility with your preferred broker, platform, VPS, or trading style where product requirements were disclosed in advance;
Lack of profitability or dissatisfaction with trading results;

Failure to follow setup instructions;

Suspension or termination for violation of our Terms and Conditions.

If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents initial delivery or activation of the purchased product, please contact support at admin@goestratagem.com.

At our discretion, we may attempt to correct the issue, reissue access, or provide another appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
