These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GoE Stratagem website, software, digital products, onboarding materials, license system, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing, accessing, downloading, activating, or using any GoE Stratagem product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

 

2. SOFTWARE PURPOSE
GoE Stratagem software, including any expert advisor, indicators, automation tools, onboarding flows, setup manuals, and related content, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing provided by GoE Stratagem constitutes financial advice, investment advice, brokerage services, account management, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

 

3. RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, futures, commodities, and other leveraged products involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for all users. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your capital. You are solely responsible for evaluating risk, suitability, and compliance with laws applicable to you.

 

4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
GoE Stratagem does not guarantee profits, performance, success, account growth, or any particular result. Past performance, backtests, simulations, examples, and illustrations are not guarantees of future performance. Market conditions, execution quality, broker settings, slippage, spreads, latency, and user decisions may materially affect outcomes.

 

5. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to these Terms and your payment in full, GoE Stratagem grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased software for your own internal personal or business use in accordance with your selected plan.

 

6. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
a. share, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or transfer the software or any license key;
b. copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from the software except where non-waivable law expressly permits it;
c. bypass, disable, interfere with, or attempt to defeat licensing, activation, account-binding, or security controls;
d. use the software in violation of applicable law, broker rules, platform rules, or third-party terms.

 

7. LICENSE ACTIVATION AND ACCOUNT BINDING
A license may be bound to a specific trading account, broker server, device, environment, or other identifiers used by the licensing system. License duration begins upon first successful activation unless otherwise expressly stated. Attempts to circumvent account binding or licensing restrictions may result in suspension or termination of the license without refund, subject to applicable law.

 

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS, TERM, AND EXPIRY
If you purchase a time-limited plan, the license remains active for the selected term beginning on activation. When the term ends, access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated automatically. Lifetime access, if offered, means access for the commercial life of the product unless earlier terminated under these Terms.

 

9. PAYMENTS
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. You authorize GoE Stratagem and its payment processors to charge the amount due for your purchase, including taxes where applicable. You are responsible for any fees, taxes, or exchange charges imposed by your payment provider or financial institution.

 

10. REFUNDS
Your purchase is subject to the GoE Stratagem Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Due to the nature of digital software delivery, all sales are generally final once a license key, download, activation access, or onboarding access has been issued, except where refund rights are required by applicable law.

 

11. SUPPORT
Any support, setup guidance, or onboarding assistance is provided at GoE Stratagem’s discretion unless a support level is expressly included with your purchase. Support does not include financial advice, investment advice, or trade recommendations.

 

12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
GoE Stratagem does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services. Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, outages, software bugs, third-party platform changes, broker-side issues, internet failures, hosting issues, or events outside GoE Stratagem’s reasonable control.

 

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Services may interact with third-party platforms, brokers, trading terminals, charting tools, payment processors, analytics providers, email providers, or hosting providers. GoE Stratagem is not responsible for the availability, functionality, policies, pricing, execution quality, or actions of any third party.

 

14. USER RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for:
a. selecting a broker, platform, and account type;
b. configuring your platform, internet connection, VPS, chart settings, and WebRequest permissions;
c. understanding the risks of live trading;
d. verifying software settings before use;
e. monitoring your account and open positions;
f. complying with all laws, regulations, and broker/platform rules applicable to you.

 

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, software, branding, logos, text, onboarding materials, manuals, code, designs, and related materials are owned by or licensed to GoE Stratagem and are protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

 

16. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION
GoE Stratagem may suspend, revoke, or terminate access to any license or Service at its discretion if it reasonably believes you violated these Terms, engaged in abuse, chargeback fraud, unauthorized sharing, tampering, unlawful use, or conduct that harms GoE Stratagem or others.

 

17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, compatibility, availability, or accuracy.

 

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoE Stratagem and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or economic damages, including loss of profits, loss of capital, trading losses, business interruption, broker losses, data loss, goodwill loss, or system downtime, arising out of or related to the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of GoE Stratagem for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or license giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

 

19. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoE Stratagem and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, your trading activity, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

 

20. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support to attempt resolution, GoE Stratagem may suspend access to the relevant license or Services during the investigation, subject to applicable law.

 

21. CHANGES TO SERVICES OR TERMS
GoE Stratagem may modify, update, replace, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. GoE Stratagem may also update these Terms from time to time by posting revised Terms on the website. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

22. PRIVACY
Your use of the Services is also governed by the GoE Stratagem Privacy Policy.

 

23. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
